Will Alibaba Spoil Netflix's Plans In China?

After dominating on-line retailing in China, Alibaba Group Holding Ltd (NYSE:BABA) wants to expand to streaming video market with a new service called Tmall Box Office (TBO), according to an announcement by Liu Chunning, president of Alibaba’s digital entertainment business on Sunday.
